Community rules and terms

Last updated 24 Oct 2026

Rules

  • Share first-hand experience with an eval or tool. If you work for, or are paid by, a vendor you mention, say so.
  • No spam, self-promotion, affiliate or referral links.
  • No harassment, hate, sexual content, malware, or anything illegal.
  • Don't post anyone's personal information, including your own.
  • Don't post content you don't have the right to share, such as copied paid material or leaked data.

How moderation works

  • Comments go live as soon as you post them. Automated checks hold anything that looks like spam or abuse for a moderator to review first.
  • New accounts can't post links for 3 days. After that, a comment can include at most 2 links. Everyone is limited to 2 comments a minute and 20 a day.
  • A comment with 3 reports is hidden until a moderator reviews it.
  • We may remove any comment or block any account that breaks these rules, at our discretion and without notice. We don't edit what you wrote.

Terms for what you post

  • You own your comments. By posting, you give EvalsReview a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to show, store, and format your comment on evalsreview.com and in its feeds, for as long as it stays posted.
  • You're responsible for what you post. Comments are users' opinions, not EvalsReview's. We don't check them for accuracy.
  • What we store: your public GitHub username, your comments, your votes and reports, and the dates you posted. We don't ask GitHub for your email address or any private data, and we don't sell or share what we store.
  • Takedown and removal: to report illegal content, a copyright problem, or your own personal data in a comment, or to ask us to delete your comments, email partners@evalsreview.com with the page link. Use the Report link for everything else.
  • We may change these terms. If we make a material change, we'll note it on this page with a date.
